How To Prepare

Avoid heavy exfoliation 72 hours before.
Arrive with minimal makeup if possible.
Inform your therapist of any active acne or skin sensitivities.

Aftercare & Longevity

Avoid direct sun and use SPF daily.
Skip makeup for 12 hours.
Avoid exfoliating for 3–5 days.
Drink water to support detoxification.

Important restrictions before you can receive facial treatments:

Deep cleanse facials cannot be carried out on broken skin, open wounds, or active skin infections.
Clients with severe acne, inflamed acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis must disclose this prior to treatment, as the facial may need to be adapted or declined.
Not suitable for clients who have recently undergone chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, or advanced aesthetic procedures in the facial area.
Clients using prescribed topical skincare (including retinoids, acids, or acne medication) must inform their therapist prior to booking.
The treatment may not be suitable for clients with very sensitive or reactive skin without prior consultation.
Clients who are pregnant, undergoing medical treatment, or have known skin conditions should seek advice before booking.
The therapist reserves the right to modify or refuse the treatment if the skin is unsuitable on the day.
