Important restrictions before you can receive brow treatments:

Eyebrow threading cannot be carried out on broken skin, open wounds, active infections, or inflamed areas around the brows.
Not suitable for clients with severe skin sensitivity, active acne, eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis in the brow area.
Clients who have recently undergone chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling, or cosmetic procedures in the brow area must allow adequate healing time before treatment.
Threading may not be suitable for clients using strong exfoliating products, retinol, or prescribed topical skincare around the brow area; please inform your therapist prior to treatment.
Clients with sunburn, bruising, or irritation around the eyebrows should postpone their appointment until the skin has fully healed.
Mild redness may occur after threading and usually subsides quickly; however, threading cannot be performed if the skin is already compromised.
The therapist reserves the right to modify or refuse the treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable on the day.
