How To Prepare

Do not peel or pick off product yourself beforehand, as this can cause damage by lifting layers of the natural nail plate

Important restrictions before you can receive your pedicure removal treatment:

Pedicure treatments cannot be carried out on broken skin, open wounds, or active infections on the feet or lower legs.

Clients with fungal nail infections, verrucas, athlete’s foot, or nail disorders must seek medical advice before booking.

We are unable to treat feet with severe swelling, inflammation, or pain without prior medical clearance.

Nail polish, gel, BIAB, or enhancements cannot be applied to severely damaged or infected toenails.

Clients with diabetes, circulatory conditions, or neuropathy must inform their therapist prior to treatment.

We cannot apply products over existing toenail enhancements from another salon unless a full professional removal has been booked.

The therapist reserves the right to refuse or modify the treatment if it is deemed unsafe on the day.
